Shipping Policy
Destinations, options and cost
We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Available shipping options and any charges are confirmed at checkout for your destination. P.O. Boxes are supported where the carrier allows; some items need a street address. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not currently supported.
Processing and delivery
Orders normally take 1–3 business days to process. Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day. Standard delivery is estimated at 7–12 business days from the order date. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Peak periods, customs, weather and local carrier conditions may cause delays; delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking and address changes
We email a tracking link when your parcel ships. Check your spam folder if it is missing, or visit Track Order. Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately, with a tracking number for each parcel.
Check your address carefully before ordering. Email support@sleepluno.com immediately for an address change or cancellation. We will try to help before fulfilment begins, but cannot guarantee changes or reroute a dispatched parcel.
Missing or damaged deliveries
For damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If tracking says delivered, check with your household, neighbours and building management; contact us if it is still missing after 24–48 hours. Report lost, stolen or damaged deliveries within 7 days of the recorded delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier. Replacements for stolen parcels are not guaranteed; some high-value orders may require a signature.
Customs and returned parcels
Any applicable import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. If a parcel is refused or returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or unpaid customs duties, we refund the product cost after receipt, less original shipping and return transport charges. Reshipment may require additional payment.
