Where We Ship
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions around the globe.
Shipping Options
Standard Worldwide Shipping

Carriers: We partner with trusted international logistics providers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and regional postal services.

Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed

Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your destination country, package weight, and size
- We automatically select the most reliable and cost-effective carrier for your location to ensure timely delivery.
Order Processing & Cutoffs
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding local and international holidays)
- Daily cutoff: Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET begin processing on the next business day
- During high-volume seasons, holidays, or sales events, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there are any delays.
“Business days” do not include weekends or national public holidays.
Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please double-check your shipping address, postal code, and contact information at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
- If you need to change or cancel your order, email support@sleepluno.com immediately. We will attempt to accommodate requests, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipping has begun.
- We cannot reroute or modify addresses after packages have been dispatched.
Delivery Expectations & Delays
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local carrier conditions, weather disruptions, global logistics congestion, or holidays.
- Luno is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or incomplete/incorrect address information provided at checkout.
- Additional transit time may apply during peak seasons or regional restrictions.
P.O. Boxes & Special Addresses
- P.O. Box deliveries are accepted where supported by our carrier partners. For some bulky or heavy items, a physical street address may be required.
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not currently supported.
Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them separately from different warehouses to speed up delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers and email notifications for each package.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
- If you do not receive this email (please also check spam or junk folders), contact our support team at support@sleepluno.com and we will resend the information.
Lost, Damaged, or “Delivered” But Not Received

Damaged on arrival: Please contact support@sleepluno.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged product.

Marked delivered but missing: Please check with your household, neighbors, building management, or mailroom. If the package cannot be located within 24–48 hours, contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.

Stolen packages: We will provide reasonable support, but replacements for stolen packages cannot be guaranteed. For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery at our discretion.
Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of customs duties, we will process a refund for the product cost minus original shipping fees and any return charges once the package is received. Reshipment will require additional payment.
To properly investigate lost, stolen, or damaged items, you must contact us at support@sleepluno.com within 7 days of the recorded delivery date. After this period, we will no longer be responsible for such claims.

We design our packaging to protect your sleep products while minimizing environmental impact. We use durable, eco-friendly materials where possible to reduce waste — because better sleep should go hand in hand with a better planet.
