At Luno, we want you to love your sleep essentials. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process under the terms below.

30-Day Return Window


Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Orders that exceed the 30-day period will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return


We only process returns by email request. To start your return:

  1. Email our support team at service@sleepluno.com
  2. Include your order number, the reason for return, and photos of the item(s) if applicable
  3. Wait for our team to send you a return authorization and return instructions

Please do not send back any items without prior email approval — unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Return Fee


A $15 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund for all approved return requests.

This fee helps cover logistics, inspection, and restocking costs.

Condition of Returned Items


To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition
  • Included with all original packaging, tags, and components
  • Free from stains, odors, wear, or damage caused by misuse

Used, washed, or damaged items will not qualify for a refund and will be returned to you at your expense.

Refund Processing


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the $15 return processing fee.

Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as defective or mis shipped items).

Final Sale Items


Certain items such as clearance, personalized, or specially marked products may be final sale and not eligible for return. Any final-sale items will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@sleepluno.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund without any return fee.
