SleepLuno products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
What is covered?
We can help with manufacturing defects and product faults. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear and tear. Follow the care and operating instructions supplied with your item.
How to request support
- Email service@sleepluno.com with your order number and a short description of the problem.
- Include clear photos or a short video showing the issue where possible.
- Our team will review your request and explain the next steps for repair or replacement. Please contact us before returning an item.
